TroupeX Beta Terms of Use

Welcome to the TroupeX Beta Program! These Beta Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your participation in the closed beta version of the TroupeX mobile applications (“Beta Services”) operated by TroupeX Networks Private Limited (“TroupeX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Beta Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Beta Nature of the Services

   The Beta Services are pre-release, experimental versions of our platform. They may contain bugs, errors, and incomplete features. The Beta Services are provided “as is” and may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

2. No Guarantees

   We make no promises or warranties about:

   • The availability, performance, or stability of the Beta Services.
   • The accuracy or completeness of any content.
   • The continued existence of any features you see now.

   We may remove, change, or add features without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

   While using the Beta Services, you agree to:

   • Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
   • Not share, publish, or leak confidential features, screenshots, or internal communications without our written permission.
   • Report bugs, issues, and suggestions to us through the channels we provide.

4. Feedback

   If you share feedback, suggestions, or ideas with us, you grant TroupeX a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and incorporate them into the Services without obligation to you.

5. Data & Privacy

   We collect and process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

   During beta, your data may be lost due to resets, updates, or technical issues. We will do our best to avoid this, but we cannot guarantee it.

6. Limitation of Liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by law, TroupeX will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of the Beta Services.

7. Termination

   We may suspend or end your beta access at any time, for any reason, without notice.

8. Governing Law

   These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
